What makes a builder a better builder? They do their time… not just a course to get a certificate. We’ve
collectively been building homes for more than three decades. We didn’t finish a course, then set up a
website and buy a $100,000 ute on day one and then go looking for clients to help us pay it off.
We’ve been building the very best homes since the early 1990s. Regardless of whether it’s a two million
dollar showpiece or a modest granny flat. The process is the same. The joinery must be spot on. If one
of our guys say, “but it’s just a little gap’… he’s looking for a new job with a builder that doesn’t care.
Everything must be spot-on. The best plumber, the best electrician, the best painters. No weak links.
We’re not in the building business to see how many houses we can finish in a year… or how quickly we
can pay off that hundred thousand dollar ute, and an AirBnb with the million dollar views of the east coast.
We take pride in our work. If we’re going to build it, we want to be sure that our part of the job is never
in question. It doesn’t matter if it’s a modest place using budget materials… or a mansion with a hand
cut marble staircase shipped in from Israel, our job is our job. How well we do the job is how we get
judged. We want people to remember who did the job and how well they did the job.
Our reputation is worth more to us than a showhome, a dozen jet skis and a rolex.
We’d trade all of that to be known as the most experienced, most reliable, friendliest builder
around Hobart.
